In today’s global market where smart phones and connectivity facilities have brought buyers and sellers together on one touch platform, it is extremely difficult to start a new small-scale business and its sustenance with competition from the well-established as well as settled/brand owners. Moreover, even if the quality of the product is really good or the service provided in the best of all, due to a lack of digital advertisement or business at the small and local scale, it just becomes another face in the sea, and the product does not reach a larger group of customers-hence the business cannot thrive and survive the competition in the market.
